Our aim is to serve wholesome, local and fresh products to create an exciting mix of flavours. Something beyond your 'usual' choices, to stimulate the senses!
We put all our love in preparing the food on display each day. Every item you see is lovingly created, taking time and effort to combine some beautiful, refreshing flavours. We strive to offer food to awaken the senses and offer an alternative to the 'everyday lunch'.
Our chef's spend their time researching techniques to enhance each powerful flavour and to match them with an unsuspecting partner. We encourage our customers to think outside the box, to take a chance and try something new. You won't be disappointed. Our breads and pastries are made on the premises daily. As an afternoon snack, maybe try one of our Chelsea Buns, toasted and smothered with one of our home made jams.

Each of our coffees is lovingly made with our hand built Synesso Coffee Machine using a double shot (26g) of Monmouth Coffee Beans. Presently we serve the Monmouth Espresso Roast for the majority of our coffees as we love the smooth, rich flavour that it gives.
We also now offer an alternative to the espresso based coffee, which is a traditional 'drip coffee'. The flavour is slightly lighter and a little fruitier than the espresso, allowing our customers to have more choices of coffee throughout their day. The roast for our drip coffee changes with each season, therefore please ask one of our Baristas for the latest Blend.
